A Victorian diamond set star brooch/pendant, originally from a tiara, the twelve point star, set throughout with graduated old cut diamonds, all set in yellow and white metal, unmarked, removable brooch fitting, gross weight 8.9gms, 3.7cm long

Central diamond measures approx. 4.16mm diameter and 2.91mm deep resulting in carat weight of approximately 0.30ct. Outer ring of six stones individually between approx. 0.08ct and 0.14ct. Inclusions to the central stone visible using a 10x lens, pendant fitting and pin clasp both functioning, some very minor tarnishing, a twisted metal bar to the reverse presumably from previous brooch fitting, some light wear commensurate with age and usage.
