A LATE 19TH CENTURY STINGRAY TAIL WALKING CANE WITH CHINESE WHITE METAL MOUNT, the mount engraved with monogram to the top and repoussé decorated with Chinese characters and a scrolling dragon, stamped NM and a Chinese character, replacement rubber ferule, length 84.5cm (Condition Report: white metal has some verdigree and tarnishing, some polish on stingray skin just below the mount, the tail is generally grubby and has a few small naturally occurring holes)
