A 19th century bone Jenny Lind fan with elaborately carved gorge, designed with concentric bands of flowerheads, the guards fretted and carved with asymmetrical bands, the cream silk leaf panels applied with sprays of silver sequins and spangles, fitted with an elaborate cream silk and metal-thread tassel, guard approx. 27cm; together with a bone fan with light incising to the monture, fitted with a cream gauze leaf embroidered with silver sequins and spangles, guard approx. 24cm (2)
Some staining to the Jenny Lind leaf. The leaf on the second fan is splitting on most folds.
