WW1 British Royal Artillery Officers Sword with single edged fullered blade with etched decoration to both sides, maker marked "Sanderson Bros & Newbould Ltd, Sheffield". Proof marked. Decoration consists of Kings Crown, RA Motto and Gun along with the Officers name "H. Ashton Wills". Leather washer in place. Wire bound shagreen grip. Overall length 104cm. Complete with leather covered scabbard. Research: This sword belonged to Lt H Ashton Wills, RA.
Blade is in good condition, side with name is better than the other.
