More Information

Some even discolouration to the ground paper which is now a light buff tone with some slightly darker patches just about showing through and a hint of one or two small fox marks, watercolour remains a fair strength of colour, image looks perhaps a little cropped down with the later mount now coming into the sitter's hair, no sign of any signature, housed in an old giltwood frame with a few minor dents and knocks which has the attribution plaque, a further typed attribution verso.
