A worksplate, BRITISH RAILWAYS, CREWE BUILT, 1964, BRUSH SULZER, from a BR Class 47 D1649 built by BR Crewe in January 1965, becoming 47065 and renumbered 47535 in April 1974. Named University of Leicester from May 1982 to May 1995 and Saint Aidan from September 1995 to July 1997. Allocated new to Cardiff Canton, withdrawn from Bescot in February 1999 and cut up at EWS Old Oak Common by HNRC in April 2004. Cast aluminium, 13"x6½", in ex loco condition, original paintwork.
