Chinese Longquan celadon dish, 12th or 13th Century, carved with twin fishes, 12.5cm diameter
Provenance: Glade Antiques (Oriental Specialists, Buckinghamshire). Purchased 1998 at a cost of £300.

More Information

The surface of the glaze is degraded in places and worn to the centre. There is a hair crack to the rim, visible on both sides. Warping. Overall glaze crackelure.
