CAMP; Fine 9/11 Jan. 1759 EL from London (in English ref. funds sent to the addressee and hoping that he will soon be exchanged - but he was still a POW in 1763) to "Joseph Fournier, Prisoner of War at Winchester" charged "3[d]" with a very fine "11/IA" Bishop Mark on the flap. The addressee had been held initially (May 1758) on the Prison Hulk 'Boyne' at Portsmouth before being transferred to the Camp at Winchester (see MFPWE, p. 46).
