An 18th century oak cased 30-hour longcase clock by Thomas Hartley, the hood with plain cornice and pilasters, the engraved brass dial date aperture and ornate gilt brass spandrels, above a plain trunk, on a stepped plinth base. Dial measures 11”. Total height 6’10” (208cm). Includes case key, weight and pendulum.
H208cm W58cm D32cm (approx).
Condition report: Loss to top corner of one pilaster, evidence of historic woodworm to base. Pendulum spring is missing.
