Hand painted Imari design with Cranes and Japanese characters to base reading "Wealth, Nobility, Longevity, and Long Life" Comes with previous auction card with provenance "from Gump's collection of oriental art." Gump's was a luxury American home furnishings and home décor retailer, founded in 1861 in San Francisco, California.
