A Victorian silver mounted cut glass claret jug, marks for 'WP', Sheffield 1876, of tapering form on circular spreading foot, with stag mask to spout and cast dragon handle, 31cm high (at fault)

Overall condition is good, there is a major breakage to the foot of this piece which can be seen in photographs. No other signs of chipping or damage to high points of the glass, general wear and abrasion consistent with use. Lid is wobbly, but seals and lies flat. No signs of denting, splitting or thinning to silver mount, some faint signs of pitting only. General light scratching and wear consistent with age and use.
