Seiko, a gentlemen's stainless steel Seiko chronograph, 6139-6002 automatic wristwatch with Pepsi bezel and day/date aperture, the case 41mm wide.
The watch is currently running, it has not been tested for time keeping. The hands and date adjust and set. There is corrosion to the dial. General wear and scratches to the case and crystal as per the online images.
