A rare Derby biscuit figure group. Palemon and Lavinia, he elegantly dressed with a clock over his shoulder clutching Lavinia's hand and she coyly avoiding his gaze and holding a posy. Raised on a naturalistic circular plinth. Four patch marks, incised mark and N. 366, 27.5cm.

Both heads re stuck. Lavinia's right hand repaired. Some firing cracks.
