R. M. Glencross. A very important work. R. M. Glencross. 'Cornish P. C. C. Wills before 1559,' volume I A – J, signed by R. M. Glencross, volume II K–Z, volume III Cornish P. C. C. Wills 1558–1583. R. M. Glencross was editor and compiler of 'Calender of Wills, Administration and Accounts relating to the Counties of Cornwall and Devon in the Connotorial Archidiaconal Court of Cornwall ETC part 1 1569 – 1699,' published 1929. These 3 volumes are Glencross’s manuscripts for the earlier period (earliest entry 1419). These works are unpublished and therefore are rare. Mostly MS, but with some type, bound in green marbled boards (circa 1920s), and are in very good condition.
