A Qashqai rug - 19th century, the very deep blue ground with dense all over decoration with two human figures, various animals, flowers, trees and miniature rug form motifs, within an ivory border with unusual repeating L-shaped motif, 260 x 156cm, small loss from very edge of border to one end, rucking to opposing to end, otherwise an evenly low pile and condition overall is good, colours strong.
