1914 Star trio with date bar and 1923 GSM 2 clasps Iraq, N.W. Persia to 75159 Gnr A.F. Matthews (R.F.A. on Star) some contact marks, about very fine or better. With 13 copied pages of 2 service records, medal rolls and SWB roll, Alfred Frank Matthews was born in Farnham, enlisted in 5th Bn Queen's Regt 14/2/10 aged 17, discharged 12/11/13 and re-enlisted next day in RFA, landed France 16/8/14 with 25th Bde, returned to UK 8/10/14, discharged due to sickness 5/5/15 and awarded Silver War Badge No 11874, later served in RHA No 1040284, GSM and both clasps confirmed on MIC.
