Newlyn School Portrait of Two Sisters at a Window Oil on canvas (backed on panel), 66 x 53cm This oil on canvas has been stretched onto pine cleated boards. It needs restoration to deal with the central horizontal crease and other lesser creases, although not particularly dirty there is some varnish bloom. It has a slight craquelure. Despite these and other issues, we believe the pigment to be generally stable.
