British Crimean War era 1853 Pattern Cavalry Sword with single edged fullered blade 895mm in length. Inspection marked Crown L8. Spine of blade marked with Crown. 3 bar guard. Overall length 1035mm. Complete with scabbard which is well marked with unit and accountability marks "9 RL", "A65" and "1859". Has old welded repair to on suspension ring.
Overall very good condition. Welded repair to one suspension ring. Blade has no damage.
