black felt crown.  Rounded peak and rear brim.  Leather edging.  Brass oak leaf crown mount.  Brass top spike (loose).  Brass Engineer side mounts.  Brass eagle helmet plate with central white metal castle.  Leather sweatband.  Crown with 1902 Inspection stamp.
