A LATE 19TH/ EARLY 20TH CENTURY GERMAN SILVER NOVELTY CREAM JUG. in the form of a plump gentleman, his hat flaring to create a rim and with an 'S'-scroll handle, German pseudo marks for Karl Kurz of Kesselstadt and import marks for Samuel Boyce Landeck, Chester 1904, together with a William IV christening mug of campana form and an embossed lower body & foot, makers mark distorted, London 1833 ; the jug 3.4" (8.5cm) high; 7.1ozt.
