Sievers" as the Agent for soldiers & families of the "King's German Legion"; plus 6 Nov. 1817 EL to "Rotenburg" with fair "HANNOVER" and superb "N.G. Sievers" authorising handstamp (a value packet letter; with small printed slip showing the address to reply to still attached inside) to the mother of Serg. P. Hesse of the 1st Line Battalion.
