The Philadelphia Trades Fair printed centenary commemorative fans, (1776 – 1876) the double paper leaf mounted on basic wood, one guard printed with “Registered on June 8th 1876”, the other “Patented May ????” the recto showing the Horticultural Hall and the verso printed with the American Eagle atop draped flags; together with a similar example, this time showing the Independence Hall to the recto, and a final fan depicting he main building of the exhibition (3)
In good used order, one light stain top tight seen from the recto, some nicks to some of the folds, on the first fan.
