Please Read The Paragraphs Below Before Proceeding To Register For This Sale. Registering For This Sale Means You Have Deemed To Have Done This. A.S.H. Auctions retains the right to change any information within these Terms and Conditions without giving due notice. Bidders registering with us for the first time may be asked to pay a £50.00 deposit , this is refundable after the sale.If you are lucky enough to win any lots, then the £50.00 will be deducted from your invoice. The deposit does not mean you do not have to settle the balance anytime you wish. We still expect the balance to be paid in full before 12.00 noon the Saturday after the sale. If you fail to do this you are in danger of loosing the deposit. The items will be given back to the vendors and you will possible receive a block on your account. So please take this in mind when you are bidding. Section 1: VIEWING: The general public are NOW allowed into the saleroom. We are still offering our virtual viewing service using Messenger and Whatsapp on our mobile phones 07778 347125 or 07864 046382) .We do encourage you to either come and view or use our new virtual viewing so you can be happy with the item/s that you are interested in bidding on. What we think is good and what you think is good may be poles apart. Please remember this is an auction and that is why a viewing service is offered so it’s up to you the buyer to be sure what you are buying. Viewing days and times for this sale are below. Please make sure you contact us and book a viewing slot. Please don't just turn up. Tuesday 22nd April 2025 9.00am - 3.00pm Plus Virtual Viewing Wednesday 23rd April 2025 9.00am - 3.00pm Plus Virtual Viewing Thursday: 24th April 2025 9.00am - 3.00pm Plus Virtual Viewing Friday: 25th April 2025 9.00am - 3.00pm Plus Virtual Viewing Section 2: BIDDING/BUYERS PREMIUM Our buyer’s premium percentage depends on what type of sale we are conducting. This being our general antiques and collectable sale the buyer’s premium is as stated below. Hammer Price £10.00 and under = £2.00 per lot Hammer Price £12.00 and over = 20% This applies to Easy Live Auction and our website platform, other platforms will vary. Section 3: PAYMENT Please note that we would prefer payment by bank transfer our sort code and the account number is on the invoice you receive or by online using our merchant secure 3D account with your debit card. Or by cash when you come and collect your items. If you want to pay in cash you will have to do so before the end of business on the Wednesday after the sale.We no longer except debit card payments over the phone or at the sale room because we no longer have a PDQ machine at the saleroom. Below are the available times ,Please remember to book a slot ,please don't just turn up. Mondays after the sales from 9.00am to 3.00pm (WE ARE NOT OPEN FOR COLLECTION) Tuesdays after the sales from 9.00am to 3.00pm Wednesdays after the sales from 9.00am to 3.00pm Thursdays after the sales from 9.00am to 3.00pm (After 3pm a Suspension Will Be Placed On Any Accounts That Have Not Been Paid Or Previous Arrangements Made) Fridays after the sales from 9.00am to 12.00. Section 4: COLLECTION OF GOODS/SENDING OF GOODS/STORAGE OF GOODS. Please remember to bring your own boxes and wrapping materials .If you don't and want to use ours there will be a charge. We are still going to continue using the collection method that we put into place during the Covid restrictions. So, you will still have to contact us to book a pickup slot, you will be given a half hour or if needed a one-hour slot, this will ensure you can check you have all lots that are on your invoice/receipt. When happy you will then be asked to sign a form saying you have picked up all lots on your invoice/receipt. This also applies to third parties picking up for customers. We A.S.H. Auction will not be responsible for any items that are left at the saleroom. We are still offering a pack and send service but please be aware that this is a service that we offer; it is NOT compulsory, you can always arrange for your items to be packed and sent to you using a method of your choice. If you require our pack and send service, please request through the bidding platform portal. A quote will then be sent to you A.S.A.P. We do not ship goods outside the UK. We will pack your items for a fee but customers outside the UK will have to arrange their own couriers. All items need to be removed from the saleroom within 14 days of the auction, unless special arrangements have been made with A.S.H. Auctions. That includes picking items up by the customer, having a third party pick the items up, or having the items sent to you. Any items left at the saleroom after 14 days if special arrangements have not been made will occur a £2.00 per lot per day storage charge. If the storage charges are not paid then the items will be sold and the storage charge will be deducted from the sale. Any monies left will then be sent to the original buyer.. Section 5: VENDORS/GOODS IN/PAYMENT/SELLERS CHARGES. This being our general antiques and collectable sale the seller’s commission is as stated below. We will charge you a very competitive 17.5% seller’s commission for your un-reserved items. That is it, there are no hidden charges, there are no lot up charges, and there are no charges for photographing items, cataloguing items, collecting items. If you want your item/s selling with reserves, there could be a small administration charge if the item/s fails to sell. The charge depends on what reserve you want to put on your item/s and this will be discussed with you at the time.
