Ando Hiroshige (Japanese, 1797-1848): Mount Fuji, with figures on a rocky path, and sailboats in the foreground, coloured wood block print on paper, signed and stamped, labels verso with attribution, purchased Hyashi Art Dealers, Kyoto, and label for Army and Navy Ltd. Picture Frame Makers, Calcutta, 23 by 35cm, framed size 36 by 48cm. Provenance: The Estate of Mr Joseph B. Hay, son of Major-General Arthur K. Hay DSO OBE - 100 years of a military family.
