ADEN - 1904 Quarentine Island postcard of the buildings on the Island (now called Kamaran Isle) to UK with greetings from the Brothers of the Desperandum. Bears India 1a red tied ADEN d/r cds. The Island served as a major quarantine station for Muslim pilgrims travelling to Mecca after the Cholera pandemic of 1865.
