Movement - currently functioning.
Dial - light surface marks.
Glass - surface scratch marks.
Hands - not matching, surface marks.
Case - rubbing to the engine turning and some tarnishing, a few mild bruise marks, bow possibly a replacement - sits loose on the stem, lacking cuvette, replacement movement securing screw.
