Hans Hoffman-Lederer studied from 1919-1924 as a Bauhaus Student in Weimar. There he drew inspiration from various artists including Kandinsky and Klee. Later he worked in Magdeburg and Poznan. After World War 2 he became an associate Professor at the State University of Architecture and Fine Arts in Weimar.
