A large 18th Century Privateer goblet circa 1765, the bucket form bowl engraved with a masted gun ship below 'Success to the EAGLE FRIGATE - Privateer' above an opaque twist stem, raised to a shallow conical foot, height 17cm, A/F.
The foot has been broken in half with half missing completely
