A ten-keyed stained maple bassoon by Beltrami, Lugano, first quarter 19th century, the keys of brass and with circular brass mounts, two mounts stamped John Parr, two keys with rollers, with brass crook. total length 127cm, stamped Beltrami Lugano on all joints
Good except for old, filled worm runs in the butt; also there are pitting marks all over the body but no evidence of any serious damage. Please see images for guidance. Personal viewing always advised where possible.
