20th Century Engineer's Model of an Armstrong Breech Loading Cannon
8 1/2 inch, turned steel barrel. Rear, screw operated, removable breech plug. Mounted on a polished wooden carriage with steel trunnion brackets and side securing rings. Rear, steel elevation mounts. Lower steel wheels which run in a lower steel track which is mounted on the wooden, swivelling base block. Well made.
