Palapye/Serowe. 1908 Registered cover to Kimberley with six KEVII 1d stamps tied by Palapye Station datestamps, violet "R / PALAPYE RD" registration handstamp alongside; and 1911 cover to England with a Serowe c.d.s (Nov 18), a KEVII 1d apparently applied in transit on the following day and cancelled by Palapye Station c.d.s, possibly due to a shortage of stamps at Serowe. Very unusual. (2).
