Star Lot: A very large Donald McPherson (b.1920 - d.1986) original watercolour on paper painting of a Scottish landscape with purple heather and sheep. An accomplished piece in very good condition. Signed bottom right and housed in a high quality gilt frame. McPherson has a strong auction history with works fetching into the early hundreds at Whyte's.
