A large late 1890’s wood fan with double paper leaf, the simple monture with varnish guards, the leaf printed with images of celebrities of the day, named, and stamped on the verso as mounted in Austria, patent no. 14948, published by L Felbermann at 57 The Strand and marked for The London Stereoscopic Photographic Co, (changed from The London Stereoscopic Company in 1859) of 54 Cheapside EC and 106 – 108 Regent Street W, guard approx. 34cm
In good used order with some rubbing and slight splitting to the lower folds.
