14 1/2 inch diameter steel shield with rolled edge.  Four central dome bosses with traces of gilt decoration.  Overlaid steel scrollwork.  The edge with overlaid brass, floral scrolls.  The shield surface with traces of gilt decoration.  Rear of shield with red fabric covering and handles.
