Special Considerations for Online Bidders - PLEASE READ

• Postage: At our discretion ceramics are able to be sent via courier. We cannot offer insurance for any ceramics/glassware. We can, however, pack and wrap well for a cost. Standard DPD postage is £13.99 and covers you up to 10kg weight or 1m parcel. If you require insurance for glass/ceramics, please contact Mailboxes Plymouth for a quote.


• All lots must be paid for by 12pm Wednesday following sale. We accept bank transfer, online card payment & payment over the phone. We regret that we cannot accept credit card or Paypal payments.


• International Bidders are Welcome. Please ensure payment is made via CHAPS and you send the correct amount in STERLING, and your bank does not have any hidden charges. Amounts over £100 that are non-chaps must be sent +£7 to cover our bank fees for receiving international payments.


The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of aging. Condition requests can be obtained via email or by phone prior to auction day, or inspection in person at our viewings. Any condition statement given, as a courtesy to a client, is only an opinion and should not be treated as a statement of fact. Drakes Auctions Ltd. shall have no responsibility for any error or omission. It remains the buyers responsibility to inspect items to their satisfaction before bidding.
