A PAIR OF GEORGE III CAULDRON SALTS, maker's mark AN/IS (unknown), London c.1770, with applied gadrooned rim and raised upon three stepped hoof feet, both bases engraved 'PW*M', a matching salt, London 1764, and another similar salt, maker's mark BM, London 1767, together with a set of four later salt spoons possibly by Richard Britton, London 1825 x 3 and 1823 x 1, engraved with a monogram, 6ozs 11dwts total (8) (Est. plus 24% premium inc. VAT)
