A LATE 19TH CENTURY OCTAGONAL SHAPED BURR WALNUT & INLAID CENTRE TABLE, with ebonised edge & string inlaid detailing to the top, an eye catching ‘butter-fly’ effect to the walnut grain on the table’s surface, all raised on four upright turned columns supports which rest on a raised circular platform which has a large turned finial detail, terminating on four down swept string inlaid legs with carved scrolling acanthus detail to the feet, resting on brown ceramic castors. Dimensions: 75 x 74 x 70.5cm (W x D x H). In very good/excellent condition over all; there are some old restorations to the surface which could do with redoing – aesthetically.
