A 19th century Chinese papier mache lacquer tea caddy, decorated in gilt with scholars in garden settings, sarcophagus cover, pewter interior, 10.5cm high, 21.5cm wide, 14.5cm deep, c. 1850
Crack going around the top of the lid. Various scratches and chips to corners, covering and around the hinges. Pewter inside has dents and scratches present. Please see attached images for examples of condition
