Unusual 19th C. Welsh quilt made up of individual squares, each with its own filling, rectangular border, all in satinised cotton, 200 x 164 cm. Provenance: Margaret Bide Collection.

UPDATED CONDITION REPORT, about 10-15% of squares discoloured, small areas of damage to the fabric, and some damage to one edge of border, stuffing is cotton, probably Continental rather than Welsh. squares are 2.2 cm
