A Battle of Waterloo Pistol. A British military flintlock pistol found on the battlefield at Waterloo - cocked and ready to fire! Found by a Mr James Cooper and donated (lent) to the Royal Artillery Museum on the 18th June 1865 (50th anniversary of the battle). Has two period copper tags with hand-inscribed information.
