A 19th century French enamel and ormolu mounted trinket box with blue ground and jewelling, the top decorated with an oval panel depicting a romantic scene, 15cms wide.
one or two very slight areas of damage to the edges of the enamel, inside looks to be original, minor surface scratches. There are minor marks to the blue ground and the silk fabric base is worn but otherwise in good condition.
