Very rare WW2 Bulgarian Air Force Medic wing badge. These were attributed to the medical staff of the Air Force. Such officers wore the Air Force uniform, with medic devices on the shoulder boards and those Air Force red cross wings on the chest. Screwback, enamelled central piece and also red enamel on the crown. Very rare badge! Width 47 mm.
