19th century Mirecourt guitar in need of restoration, branded Cherpitel, Pecheub, A. Mirecourt to the underside of the top; Back and sides: birds eye maple, previous binding restorations and refinishing; Top: natural spruce with string banding to the edges; Neck: mahogany, neck heel has parted from the body and needs restoration, the head/neck dovetail joint has pulled apart and needs restoration; Fretboard: ebony; Frets: missing ninth fret; Hardware: lightly engraved brass tuning strips with oval buttons, bridge pins and saddle re-positioned; Case: semi-rigid hard case; Overall condition: in need of restoration
