A worksplate, ROBERT STEPHENSON & Co, 3550, 1913, from a South African Railways 3ft 6ins gauge Class 14 4-8-2 No 1708. All were fitted with new boilers in the 1930s and re-classified as Class 14R. All were withdrawn by 1983. Cast brass, 11¼"x5¼", ex loco condition. (Postage Band: B)
