A Late 19th Century French Gilt Bronze Rotary Pendulum Mystery Clock, By Henri-Eugene-Adrien Farco, Paris, No.49568, the 3.5ins dial with Roman numerals, to the two train movement striking on a bell (missing), the movement backplate stamped with an anchor and star maker's mark, contained in bow and breakfront case of architectural design with fluted scroll side brackets and surmounted by a figure of a classical maiden, her right arm raised to support a pendulum with a globe bob, on turned and cast feet, 24ins high and shaped and moulded gilt plinth
