The watercolour is framed and protected behind glass. The colours are quite good, but there appears to have been some light discolouration over time. The mount board is not acid free, but there is not any discolouration immediately apparent where this is in contact with the paper (although the painting would need to be taken from the frame to ascertain this for sure).
The sky area has some spots of colour/staining, see additional photos.
