An American crown winding pocket watch by Elgin National Watch Co. The dial signed Elgin with subsidiary seconds dial at 6 , the engraved steel 3/4 plate 15 jewel movement with micro regulator. s/n 25393969 within a gilt metal Paramount octagonal case. Approx 1 3/4" wide
