Concept 2 Model C rowing machine. With original PM2 monitor.
Shock/return cord appears broken. Monitor seems to work when new batteries are put in. Buttons seem to not work. This can sometimes be fixed by taking monitor apart and cleaning contacts, but manufacturer obviously recommends upgrading to PM5 monitor.
