1907 (Dec 19) Registered cover franked 3a, addressed "To His Highness The Sultan of Zanzibar, care the agent D.O.A.L Ltd, Mombasa, E. Africa" and "To await arrival of S.S Admiral". The enclosed letter on Zanzibar Government notepaper, signed "C.R", gives an interesting report on affairs in Zanzibar during the Sultan's absence. Small piece of paper adhering to the address panel, otherwise fine. (Cover + letter).
