Hilda Wagner Ascher (attributed) for the Wiener Werkstatte, a Secessionist beadwork bag, circa 1920, with black enamelled and marcasite set Austrian silver mount and chain, the bag with geometric panels and stripes with stylised flowers and leaves in multicoloured beads, 14cm wide, 14.5cm long Note: Wagner Ascher studied under Josef Hoffmann before joining the Werkstatte in Viena, designing textiles and bags for the firm from the 1920s.
